Chemical Equilibrium and the Haber process for Ammonia synthesis
This link provides a nice connection of equilibrium and Le Chatelier's principle and the Haber process, mentioned in my CHE 112 class today!

Those curious should read about Haber in the book "From Stars to Stalagmites" by Paul Braterman, link to Amazon site here: http://www.amazon.com/From-Stars-To-Stalagmites-Everything/dp/9814324973

ACS Molecule of the Week (February 17-21, 2014)
Clothianidin is a neonicotinoid. Neonicotinoids are a class of insecticides that are chemically similar to nicotine, which has been used as a pesticide since the late 1700s.
